The term cloud computing means many different things to different people. To a manager it means more IT capabilities at less cost. To an IT department head or system administrator it means less equipment to maintain and a smaller investment in new infrastructure, less training of new personnel, and less licensing of new software. To the end user it means being able to use their apps when they want, where they want.
